The first public release since v3.8.2, carrying everything since. Emissions fully rebuilt: now-cast fuel combustion to 2021, non-fuel combustion rebased on PRIMAP, and problems in non-combustion methane fixed. The supply-use balancing routine was substantially reworked, the procedure for estimating energy and fuel-combustion accounts was updated and then fed back into supply-use estimation, and aggregate supply-use data from FIGARO was brought into the pre-scaling step so the series reaches a 2020 and then 2021 end year. Land and employment accounts updated, unused domestic extraction values removed, and auto-production of solar thermal, wind, geothermal and wave power corrected so it no longer appears in industries that do not generate it.
