EXIOBASE 3.8.2

The last EXIOBASE release under the CC-BY-SA 4.0 licence. The extension files were re-run with two corrections to the now-casting update: a year misalignment in the industry-by-industry tables, and HFC and PFC values that a rescaling had zeroed by working in native units rather than CO2 equivalent. It combines older monetary and energy data, so current reporting should use a later version.
