A full re-estimate of the time series of monetary tables. Macroeconomic data updated to 2018 from the UN, with IMF projections beyond it, and detailed trade data updated to 2018. Energy and emissions updated at both detailed and aggregate level, including a substantial rebuild of the historical non-fuel combustion series. Land, material and water data were unchanged from v3.7. Because the release still leaned heavily on now-casting economic structure, it suits global and country-level analysis better than transaction-level work.
